Miscellaneous Professional Liability

The class will be presented live in Exton and by web conference in the other locations. PROGRAM: This workshop introduces the student to professional liability insurance by explaining its development and how the coverage applies. The class will examine the various classes of business in need of professional liability insurance and explain why it is needed. Participants will also analyze why the commercial general liability does not adequately address professional services liability by reviewing the CGL insuring agreement versus the professional liability agreement.
